• Senior software developer:

You must be sufficiently experienced with operating system development, preferably Unix, at any of the following layers: kernel, hardware abstraction layer, device drivers, standard libraries, or toolchain. Good written English is a strong advantage.

• Software developer:

You are a bright person, just fresh out of computer-science school or perhaps you're a senior-year student, looking to begin your career in the area of operating system development.
